Once at the hotel, you will only need to settle any extras and the city tax, required by the City of Turin and not included in the rate: until 31 March 2026 it is €2.80 per person per day (applies to guests over 12 years old for the first 7 consecutive nights); from 01 April 2026 it is €3.50 per person per day (applies to guests over 13 years old for the first 7 consecutive nights).

Families and children

Children under 4 years old stay free of charge (sleeping in bed with their parents). A crib can be requested (maximum 1 per room) at a cost of €5 per night, subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Travelling with your dog

If you’re travelling with Fido, there is a contribution of €9 per day per dog, which includes a mat, water and food bowls, and hygiene bags: you’ll find everything already in your room upon arrival.

Payment and cancellation conditions

The offer is prepaid and the instalment payment is managed by Scalapay in 3 monthly tranches: the first tranche is collected at the time of booking confirmation. In case of cancellation notified within 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid is fully refunded; for changes or cancellations notified less than 7 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the first night’s rate will apply. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
