Miro, our virtual concierge
Miro is our virtual concierge, available before and throughout your stay: in the hotel, on the street, or while you’re visiting the city. And it speaks your language, whatever it may be.
We trained it the way we train a new receptionist: we taught it how the hotel works, what guests ask, and how we would respond. It knows how web check-in works, where to park, what time museums open, and how to call a taxi at night. It responds like one of us, because in a way it is. Sometimes it’s even more up-to-date than we are on certain details, though we’d never officially admit that.
Our team stays where they’re really needed: at the desk, with you, when questions become conversations.
International tour operators particularly appreciate this, especially for Asian guests and those who speak less common languages. Miro works for us, so we can work better for you.

We’ve created a small bar run by the reception team. No complicated menus: just strictly Piedmontese products, with a simple and immediate cash and carry formula.
Among the offerings you’ll find Baladin Beer, one of Piedmont’s most beloved craft beers, produced in Piozzo, in the province of Cuneo. At the bar we also serve Lavazza coffee, a tribute to Turin, the city where the famous brand was born, and to the Lavazza Museum, located a short distance from us.

Strategic location in Turin, near the tram and the center
The hotel is located in Piazza Derna, in the Aurora Vanchiglia district, a multi-ethnic and authentic area that tells the story of everyday Turin, away from the more touristy routes.
The tram 4 stop is located a few meters from the entrance and allows you to reach Turin’s historic center, Piazza Castello, and Porta Palazzo in about 20 minutes, without using a car.
The location is also convenient for reaching the Allianz Stadium, San Giovanni Bosco Hospital, Turin Caselle airport, and the A4 Turin-Milan exit.
The hotel is located outside the ZTL and free parking can be found on the surrounding streets. During the night, reception can call a taxi for you, which generally arrives within a few minutes.
